Jen made her debut for Scotland in 2014 and has since gone on to play 70 games for the country, featuring at the 2021 EuroHockey Championships two years after helping the country to gold on home soil at the EuroHockey Championships II.

Having been part of the GB EDP, Jen was added to the senior women's squad in January 2022 after impressing during the Talent Confirmation process.

In December 2022 she received her first international call-up for the team's Pro League trip to Argentina, where she had her debut against the Netherlands and the continued to play all 4 games.
