Terms And Conditions For FIH Pro League Hockey Rewards

In 2019 clubs & their members bought over 20,000 tickets to support the GB men’s and women’s teams in the FIH Pro League.

For 2020, we have created Hockey Rewards to turn that support of the national teams into extra value for your club, with rewards such as a coaching session, signed shirts, mascot places and many more.

How it works

● Clubs let their members know about the FIH Pro League and how they can buy tickets

● Members buy tickets independently and can ‘tag’ their club.

● Any FIH Pro League 2020 tickets bought qualify, as long as your club is selected with the Hockey Family selector tool on the ticket website

● 1 FIH Pro League ticket bought = 1 hockey reward point

● Collect points for your club to enter our Grand Prize Draw or to redeem against one of the rewards

What to do next?

● If you're a club deliverer, make sure you share your unique link with your club members and players. If you need more information, please ask your Relationship Manager.

● If you're a player in a club, ask your committee for your club's unique link to buy tickets.

When are the home matches?

2 & 3 May, GBR v India (M) / China (W)

16 & 17 May, GBR v Argentina (M&W) - Twickenham Stoop

24 & 25 May, GBR v Spain (M) / USA (W)

13 & 14 Jun, GBR v Germany (M & W)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Hockey Rewards is an incentive scheme, operated and managed by England Hockey on behalf of Great Britain Hockey.                             

2.Hockey Rewards is open to: All clubs affiliated to England Hockey, Scottish Hockey & Hockey Wales in the 2019/2020 Year, Player Pathway - development and performance centres.                        

3.Hockey Rewards is not open to members of staff of England Hockey, Scottish Hockey & Hockey Wales.    

4.The scheme runs from 19/11/19 to 14/6/20, covering the on sale period for FIH Pro League GB home games.          

5.Each GB Home FIHPL 2020 general admission ticket bought can qualify for 1 Hockey reward point (excludes complimentary and Premium experience tickets).                                

6.Ticket sales will only be attributed to a club or group and Reward points awarded if that club or group is selected within the Hockey Family selector tool on the official GB Hockey SEE tickets page at the time of purchase.            

7.A list of clubs/groups and their no.s of reward points will be updated weekly and published on the www.greatbritainhockey.co.uk/rewards page.  We will also publicise this periodically through GB / EH website news and social media

8.Points can be redeemed against the published list of Hockey Rewards, the club or group must have the correct number of points to qualify for their selected reward.

9.England Hockey reserve the right to alter the list of Hockey rewards at any time and substitute with a reward of a similar value.

10.Reward points cannot be redeemed for money, and there is no cash equivalent to points.

11.After the closing date for the scheme on 14/6/20, a final points list by club /group will be published by 20/6/20 and a link to an online form to claim your rewards on www.greatbritainhockey.co.uk/rewards. There will be a 4 week window to submit all requests for rewards which closes on 19/7/20.

12.In the event of no redemption, all reward points unredeemed after the 4 week submission window will expire and be invalid.

13.Reward claims will be processed after 19/7/20 and clubs contacted to confirm their rewards by 16/8/20.   

14.Fulfilment lead times of rewards will vary :-                           

- For clothing & equipment rewards : GB shirts, hockey balls, bobble hats, Pride T-shirts allow 8 weeks from rewards being confirmed for processing and despatch                                

- For coach / player visits these will organised at a mutually convenient date for both the club/group and GB Hockey.  There is no guarantee on which players or coaches, and players will be confirmed as part of the GB Programme.   Dates are subject to the calendar for both coaches and players.                            

- Mascot place rewards these will organised at a mutually convenient date for both the club/group and GB Hockey.   Dates are subject to the calendar and next available home matches.                        

15.The Grand Prize Draw will be held 24th July 2020 and all winners will be notified with 14 days.       

16.Winners for the Grand Prize Draw prizes will be drawn as follows : 1 x GB women framed Rio shirt signed by the all the Gold medal winning squad, 1 x Club coaching session from senior GB coach, 1 x Adidas Team kit to your club design (x 16 shirts) adults or juniors, 2 x 2 x £10 vouchers to use on Safeguarding training on the England Hockey - Hockey Hub, 2 x £10 vouchers to use on Safeguarding training on the Hockey hub, 2 x free places for a Coaches Community of Practice, 8 x free places on a social media training forum for clubs, 5 x features for clubs on EH/GB social media or in the EH Hockey magazine                                           

17.Fulfilment lead times of Grand Prize Draw prizes will vary :-                          

- For the Rio Shirt allow 8 weeks for delivery                               

- For the Coaching session refer to 14.2                                   

- For the Adidas team kit, this will be fulfilled by Specialist Sports Limited and their normal terms and conditions of sale and supply will apply see https://specialistsports.com/terms.asp                           

- For the EH prizes : Safeguarding training vouchers, coaching training, social media training, club features in EH Comms, these will be organised at a mutually convenient date for both the club/group and GB Hockey.       

18.When submitting your claim for all rewards, you will be required to provide contact details so that you can receive relevant communications from England Hockey.  EH will retain this data to manage the Reward scheme, it will be deleted on completion of scheme for 2020.                                       

19.By entering the Hockey Reward scheme you agree that EH may use your club or group in related communications on both GB and England hockey websites and social media

20.For clubs that get player or coach visits, England Hockey will provide official communications for clubs to use to promote the visit.
